Centering the Mind and the Heart with the Body each morning, we begin with a Bhakti Yoga Flow Class, followed with a breakfast feast to vitalize and nourish the body. Each day will include an Evolutionary Exploration, with presentations, practices and discussion. Afternoons are free time for birding, walking the nature trails, inspirational reading, hammock siestas, swimming pool leisure, and self-inquiry. The evenings will be social times with music, laughter, heart-sharing, and contemplative tranquility. The program is rich with diversity, nourishment, & astounding natural beauty.

Deeply contemplative heart centered yoga: gently invigorating asana practice with soul centering guidance, held by a rich acoustic environment of live mantra singing within a soundscape of tamboura harmonics.

Cacao Ceremony~ Sound Journey
with local Guide & Musician Alejandro Quiros : We'll share reverent libations of medicinal cacao and journey on the vibrations of Alejandro's ancestral instruments and inspired contemplative guidance. "Everything is alive, transforming, vibrating. Sound in the presence of the instruments and intention can create a bridge to our inner world that is not separated from all of our relations. Ancestral songs are powerful allies to create awareness and deeper states to feel the Sacred Mystery, the stillness, the connection to see inside."

We will confirm availability and send you a secure credit card link for your 50% deposit payment, which is refundable less a 10% administration fee up to 60 days prior to the first day of the program, and afterwards is non-refundable.
